The student forms an individual learning trajectory for the academic year with the help of an academic mentor - advisor.
The student must register for a certain number of credits provided for in the standard curriculum of the specialty. Based on the standard curriculum and the catalog of elective subjects, the student chooses compulsory and elective subjects, taking into account the required number of credits, which are reflected in the individual curriculum. The choice of disciplines should be based on the logical sequence of their study.
When drawing up an IEP, students must:
- to get acquainted with the rules of the organization of the educational process on credit technology of education;
- comply with the established deadlines for registration for academic subjects and making changes to the IPM;
- enroll in at least a set number of credits per academic year to master an educational program of the appropriate level.
Students on a fee-based basis can form their own IEP with fewer credits than are required to master an educational program of the appropriate level, but at the same time the duration of study increases.
A student cannot be registered for a discipline if in the previous semester he did not master the prerequisites necessary for its study. The choice of basic disciplines is carried out taking into account the professional orientation of the student, but the IEP, at the request of the student, may include disciplines declared in the block of basic disciplines in other specialties.
The student is responsible for the preparation of the IEP and the completeness of the course of study in accordance with the requirements of the standard curriculum of the specialty.
