Since November 30, 2017, the Shapagat Digital Student Service Center has been operating at the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai.

The main task of the Shapagat Center is to provide services to students (bachelors, masters, doctoral students) in educational, administrative, social and youth areas in the "one-stop shop" principle.

The Shapagat Center provides the following types of services:

- issuance of duplicate diploma applications;

- issuance of academic certificates;

- issuing certificates to students at the university at the place of their request;

- transcript output;

- delivery of transcripts (signed by the rector);

- issuing student ID cards to institutes;

- temporary registration for military registration and de-registration;

- registration of students under the Onai program, etc.

Working hours: from 09.00 to 18.00 pm, lunch from 13.00 to 14.00 pm
