Departments

The goal is to develop and preserve the University's material base and its functional support.

The structure of the Department includes:

- Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Protection Service
- operational and operational service;
- infrastructure service;
- contract monitoring service and the quality of services rendered;
- M.Auezov educational and sports complex;
- Ustaz educational and production complex;
- Agrobiostation sector;
- transport support department.

The main tasks of the Department

- Compliance with the rules and norms of occupational health and safety, sanitary standards and fire protection of buildings and premises where classrooms, offices and services of the Society are located.
- Ensuring the maintenance and proper condition of buildings and premises in accordance with sanitary and fire protection standards for buildings and premises where classrooms, offices and services of the Company are located.
- Ensuring satisfactory technical condition and safe operation of gas, heat and ventilation equipment and systems, water supply, sewerage, electrical equipment.
- Providing the educational process with the necessary equipment and materials, stationery.
- Monitoring the serviceability of equipment, lighting, ventilation systems, water supply, etc.
- Control over the rational use of materials and funds allocated for economic purposes.
- Organization of timely inspection, testing, and adjustment of all equipment and systems to support the Company's activities.
- Provision of current and capital repairs of the Company's buildings and structures.
- Control of the rational use of funds allocated for the repair of buildings and structures.
- Monitoring compliance with the technological sequence of repair and construction work.
- Monitoring the state of safety equipment, eliminating identified deficiencies, and violations of industrial sanitation rules during repair and construction work.
- Organization of uninterrupted transportation services for the Company and its structural divisions to ensure rhythmic operation at the lowest cost.
- Organization and provision of protection of the territory, buildings, structures, property of the Company, observance of the norms of law and order established by the legislation on the territory of the Company.
- Compliance with the requirements of the anti-corruption management system, anti-corruption policy, conflict of interest resolution policy, internal regulatory documents and legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding anti-corruption.
