Academic mobility

Academic mobility is the transfer of students to study or conduct research in a given academic period: a semester or academic year in another institution of higher education.

External academic mobility – study of students in foreign universities, as well as the work of teachers-researchers in foreign educational or scientific institutions.

Internal academic mobility – the training of students, as well as the work of teachers-researchers in the leading Kazakhstan universities.

Students of 2-3 courses of the bachelor`s degree and 1st-year undergraduates of the full-time department can participate in the academic mobility programs. Applicants for academic mobility should have a good academic performance and a high level of foreign language proficiency. The applicants must submit an application to the Department of International Engagement for participation in the academic mobility program: submit a certificate of international standard foreign language proficiency (not lower than B2 level), a transcript (GPA of at least 2.5) and a color copy of a passport

When returning from foreign business trips, the project participants involve the Faculty of KazNPU. This is a great opportunity for teaching staff to receive additional education and support for further scientific research. A wide range of activities are offered for teaching staff, ranging from seminars and webinars on topical topics to writing scientific articles in journals such as COXON and participating in international projects with foreign scientists.
