Departments

The Department of Academic Affairs is the leading structural unit of the university in the management and coordination of the educational process.

The main tasks of the Department of Academic Affairs are:

- organization and management of the educational process based on the credit learning system;

- continuous improvement of the learning process, improvement of the quality of educational services;

- further improvement of the effectiveness of the cumulative point-rating knowledge control system (current, milestone and final knowledge controls);

- improvement of the system of elective disciplines;

- full transparency of the educational process, the entire cumulative knowledge control system;

- ensuring the implementation of the latest achievements of science, technology, and innovative technologies in the educational process;

- continuous development of the university's educational programs in all types of training;

- providing conditions for the training of qualified bachelors, masters, PhD students who are competitive not only in the domestic but also in the international labor market;

- development of joint international educational programs, improvement of the three-cycle bachelor-master-PhD training system;

- integration of science, education and innovation, improvement of the educational process with the introduction of new scientific and innovative achievements;

- development of a new concept for the recruitment of applicants and new mechanisms for successful employment of graduates;

- to ensure the University's leading position in providing educational services among the universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, entering the global educational space.
