Objective
– research of global innovative trends and technologies, and the development of effective mechanisms for their integration into the university’s educational process to improve the quality of teaching and the training of future educators based on practice-oriented research.
1. Preparation of a scientific and methodological base for conducting pedagogical research aimed at improving the educational process of the university and improving the quality of teaching at the university.
2. A repository based on the Center innovative pedagogical technologies with a step-by-step algorithm for implementation in the educational process.
3. Conducting an analysis of the level of proficiency of teaching staff in innovative technologies and the success of their integration into professional practice.
4. Development of training programs for university teaching staff in innovative educational technologies and conducting trainings and coaching on the integration of innovations into practice based on Action Research.
5. Development of a system of methodological support for teaching staff on the integration of innovations into educational practice and ensuring the sustainability of results.
6. Development of mechanisms to stimulate teaching staff to engage in innovative activities and creation of a system and criteria for their evaluation.
7. Develop a training program for assessors of innovative and research activities of teachers.
