Key Responsibilities:

– Financial accounting of student enrollment (undergraduate, master’s, residents, and PhD doctoral students) and monitoring compliance with tuition agreements;

– Accounting of paid educational services, monitoring tuition payments, and work on receivables collection;

– Calculation of state and named scholarships, travel allowances in accordance with Government Resolutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

– Financial support accounting for privileged categories (orphans and individuals without parental care);

– Accounting and control of payments for student dormitory accommodation;

– Preparation of reconciliation statements and issuance of financial clearance certificates upon graduation or transfer.
