Training and certification of scientific personnel the main task of the department is the training and certification of scientific personnel of the highest degree in order to increase the efficiency, generation and development of the intellectual potential of scientific and innovative activities of the university.

Main management tasks:

 – Coordination and control of RW and SRW (MRW, DRW) faculties/institutes;  

 – Coordination and control over the timely holding of international and Republican scientific conferences included in the Annual Action Plan of the Ministry of Science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the University;

 – Planning and organization of competitions for state nominal scholarships, nominal prizes in the field of science;

– Organization and coordination of the 1st and 2nd stages of the Republican contest of research works of students and undergraduates;

– Coordination and control over the documentation of the participants of the republican competition for the title of «The best university teacher».
