Department of Career Guidance and career development

The Department's mission is to remain competitive in a rapidly changing educational landscape, attract and retain talented students, and build productive relationships with key stakeholders.

Attracting students: one of the main goals is to increase the number of applications from potential students. This includes marketing campaigns aimed at drawing the attention of applicants and their parents to the programs and opportunities offered by the University.

Employment of graduates: takes measures to primarily employ graduates of the company from among disabled people, orphans, as well as graduates who have studied under state educational grants and loans.

Strengthening the authority in society: increasing the popularity and prestige of society at the national and international levels. It involves the creation and maintenance of a positive image of an educational institution that reflects its values, achievements, research activities and quality of learning.

Motivation of students: develop strategies and initiatives aimed at reducing the outflow of students and increasing their satisfaction with the learning and activities of society.

Development of partnership and cooperation: establishing and maintaining cooperation with educational institutions and scientific organizations to empower students and improve the scientific and innovative activities of the society. As well as cooperation with international educational institutions.

Digital marketing and communication: develop and implement effective online strategies, including community website content management, social media engagement, and email marketing to maximize audience coverage and engagement. 

Monitoring and analytics: continuous analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies using modern analytical tools to optimize marketing efforts and ensure the achievement of society's goals
