Abai University has initiated a unique project aimed at enhancing the leadership potential of women in the country. The educational program 7M04120 "Project of Policy and Women's Leadership (EMBA)" is set to launch within the university. This initiative is being implemented with the support of the "AMANAT" party.

The educational program is designed for professionals working in the fields of public administration, public policy, civil society institutions, and non-governmental organizations. Upon successful completion, participants will be awarded a Master's degree in Public Administration and Public Policy. This course, in the EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) format, has been developed taking into account all the requirements of modern public management.

The content of the "Project of Policy and Women's Leadership" educational program covers relevant areas such as strategic management, public policy design, gender policy, inclusive development, and digital public administration. Additionally, students will master negotiation and mediation skills and learn to make management decisions based on real-world case studies. This educational model prioritizes practical outcomes over theory and enables the implementation of strategic projects.

The realization of this large-scale educational project with the direct support of the "AMANAT" party underscores its political and strategic significance.
