LECTURE ON REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH HELD AT THE UNIVERSITY

An interactive meeting titled "Protect Yourself: An Open Conversation About Reproductive Health" was held at Abai University to strengthen the physical well-being and psychological resilience of female students. The event was attended by specially invited gynecologists and psychologists from the Almaty City Center for Human Reproduction, the university's psychological support service, and female students. The session was dedicated to pressing issues regarding women's health and the maintenance of psycho-emotional balance.

During the lecture, Ainur Aidarbekovna, a pediatric and adolescent gynecologist from the City Reproduction Center, emphasized that reproductive health is not merely a physical state but a fundamental factor that directly impacts the health of future generations. She provided professional information on modern personal hygiene standards, daily care, and precautionary measures during physiological changes in the body. Additionally, the participants discussed the early symptoms of gynecological diseases, the importance of timely medical examinations, and types of contraception. The doctor warned against neglecting preventive measures for dangerous infections, specifically noting that diseases such as HIV often develop without symptoms, making regular diagnostics vital.

Raushan Zheteyeva, a psychologist from the City Center for Human Reproduction, led a discussion on the topic of "personal boundaries." Explaining the importance of relationship culture in modern society, the specialist offered effective methods for resisting emotional pressure and manipulation, as well as techniques for maintaining inner freedom. Through short practical exercises conducted with the students, different levels of distance and connection in communication were analyzed. At the end of the meeting, the experts provided professional answers to the students' questions, many of which are often kept private or cause personal concern.
