An innovative project aimed at transforming the educational process with the help of cutting-edge technologies has been launched at Abai KazNPU together with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Google. As part of this project, the university will use Google Workspace for Education in the educational process and the latest Google Gemini artificial intelligence model, providing students and teachers with access to modern tools for learning, collaboration and research.

Google Workspace for Education is a comprehensive set of tools, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet and Classroom, that provide effective communication, project collaboration and access to educational materials anytime and from anywhere.

The integration of Gemini, Google's advanced language model, into the educational process opens up new opportunities for personalized learning, data analysis and problem solving. With Gemini, students will be able to get quick and accurate answers to their questions, generate ideas for creative projects and deepen their understanding of complex topics. Teachers will be able to use Gemini to create interactive educational materials, automate routine tasks, and analyze student performance.

“This project highlights Abai University’s commitment to continuously improving the educational process through digitalization and providing students and teachers with the most modern digital tools to achieve success in learning and improve the quality of education,” said Vice-Rector for Digitalization at Abai University Nurken Musabayev.

The project with Google is a key step in the strategy of Abai KazNPU to introduce innovative technologies and achieve the status of a Digital University. It will provide students and teachers with modern tools for successful learning and research. The university will continue to develop digital projects, creating an effective and comfortable educational environment that meets the current requirements of the time.
