Initiated by the Head of State, the “Adal Azamat” principle continues to promote integrity, responsibility, and professional ethics in society. Within this framework, numerous meaningful meetings are being held with public figures, well-known personalities, and entrepreneurs. In this regard, today a meeting on the topic “Key Principles of Doing Business” was held at Abai University with entrepreneur Assylzat Kambarbekova.

Students took part in the meeting, where they discussed issues of entrepreneurial culture based on honesty and responsibility as core life principles. Special attention was given to the interconnection between traditional values passed down from ancestors – honest labor, pure intentions, and dedication – and entrepreneurial activity within the framework of the “Adal Azamat” principle. The meeting was held in an open format, fostering active dialogue and sincere conversation between the youth and the speaker.

Assylzat Eralykyzy shared her personal experience in entrepreneurship and emphasized the importance of marketing, management, and effective governance principles in running a business. She noted that correctly identifying market demand, maintaining systematic engagement with the target audience, and efficiently applying management tools are the main foundations of a successful enterprise.

“Entrepreneurship can be pursued in any field where there is demand. However, the solid foundation of a successful business is knowledge. Only a knowledge-based endeavor delivers long-term results,” she stated, highlighting the importance of continuous development for entrepreneurs.

Negotiation skills and effective communication are also crucial in entrepreneurship. A business owner must be able to build proper relationships with partners and customers and clearly convey ideas, which are key prerequisites for successful business activity.

Such meaningful meetings help instill a deep understanding of the value of honest work and responsibility among young people. For every individual, relying on knowledge, keeping one’s word, and being able to communicate effectively with others are essential qualities on the professional path. The participating students gained a thorough understanding of the entrepreneur’s principles and received answers to their questions regarding starting a business.
