A psychological training session on “Overcoming crisis situations and discovering inner resources” was held

On October 22, 2026, the Psychological Support Service conducted a training session entitled “Overcoming crisis situations and discovering inner resources” for first-year students of the Faculty of Arts.

The main objective of the training was to develop students’ skills in overcoming life challenges, increase their awareness of their own emotional states, and help them identify internal resources that contribute to maintaining psychological well-being.

During the session, participants discussed ways of responding to challenging life circumstances, the importance of emotional resilience, and the role of personal resources in overcoming crisis situations. Through practical exercises and group activities, students gained a deeper understanding of their strengths, identified sources of inner support, and explored constructive ways to address emerging challenges.

Special attention was given to developing self-support skills, managing emotional stress, and recognizing the importance of seeking help in difficult circumstances. At the end of the training, participants shared their impressions and highlighted the value of the experience they had gained.

More than 20 first-year students of the Faculty of Arts took part in the event.
