Excursion to the Akhmet Baitursynuly House-Museum
On October 16, 2026, first-year students (groups 1, 2 and 3) of the "Social Pedagogy" educational program visited the house-museum of Akhmet Baitursynuly, a prominent public figure, poet, educator and scholar.
The aim of the excursion was to introduce students to the life, spiritual legacy and civic stance of the Teacher of the Nation, to promote his legacy, and to foster in students respect for national values and a sense of patriotism.
The museum director, Candidate of Philological Sciences and Associate Professor Raikhan Sakhybekkyzy Imakhanbet, gave an engaging talk about Akhmet Baitursynuly's life, his work as an educator and his public activities. The students became acquainted with the scholar's works, including "Til – Kural" ("Language Is a Tool"), "Oku Kuraly" ("Primer") and "Adebiet Tanytkysh" ("Introduction to Literary Studies"), as well as his collections "Kyryk Mysal" ("Forty Fables") and "Masa" ("The Mosquito"). They also saw recent publications about A. Baitursynuly and had their questions answered.
