ADEMI MAKSAT – WINNER OF THE "VICE MISS ALMATY 2026" TITLE
Abai University, where good news never ceases, is once again filled with pride and joy. The achievements of the educational institution, which is confidently advancing along the path of cultural development and demonstrating high performance, have been replenished with yet another victory. This time, our student Ademi Maksat conquered a high peak among Almaty's finest beauties, showcasing a harmony of beauty, kindness, art, and mastery.
Ademi Askatkyzy, a second-year student at Abai University, ranked among the best in the "Miss Almaty – 2026" contest. At the region's main beauty pageant, which evaluated the artistry, grace, and intellect of Almaty's young women, our student entered the Top 6 beauties and won the title of "Vice Miss Almaty – 2026."
It was a large-scale project in which over 700 applicants initially tested their strength. The contest consisted of four stages involving five months of intense preparation and fierce competition. Successfully passing the selection process among hundreds of participants and becoming one of the 13 finalists, our student captivated both the jury and the audience on stage not only with her beauty, but also with her resourcefulness, intellect, and stage presence.
– "This contest was a great experience for me. New acquaintances, a new environment, and new emotions. We prepared for the final for four and a half months. During this time, I learned patience, developed a sense of responsibility, and discovered new facets of myself," shares Ademi, whose charm is matched by her intelligence.
According to the contestant, a modern Kazakh woman should primarily possess qualities such as diligence, education, drive, an inner determination to "never back down from a goal," the ability to combine inner and outer beauty, and self-confidence.
Ademi Askatkyzy has been in the modeling industry for two years now. Previously, she was a finalist in the "Face of Kazakhstan" contest. Currently, she is studying at Abai University, majoring in Speech-Language Pathology ("Logopedics").
