Psychological training held for students living in university dormitories

A psychological training session entitled “Group Interaction and Mutual Trust” was held to foster a positive social and psychological environment among students living in university dormitories, strengthen mutual understanding and trust, and improve the effectiveness of group communication.

During the training, participants engaged in psychological exercises and group activities designed to develop effective communication skills, foster mutual trust and support, and enhance teamwork. Through exchanging opinions and completing collaborative tasks, students had the opportunity to recognize the importance of each group member’s role and responsibility.

The training also focused on essential communication skills, including active listening, expressing thoughts openly and appropriately, respecting others’ opinions, and resolving disagreements constructively.

The main objective of the event was to create a positive social and psychological environment among students based on mutual respect, trust, support, and cooperation.

Such activities contribute to students’ adaptation to dormitory life, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and foster a cohesive and supportive student community.

Approximately 100 students from seven university-leased dormitories took part in the event.
