On October 6, 2026, the Department of Kazakh Language Theory and Teaching Methodology of the Faculty of Philology organized a research seminar on the topic “Bolashak Programme: International Experience in Educational Management.” The research seminar was conducted by PhD, Associate Professor Zhaidarkul Belassarova and PhD, Associate Professor Gulsamal Dyussembina. During the seminar, participants discussed the importance of international experience in improving educational management, the specific features of management processes in the modern education system, as well as issues related to the effective implementation of international best practices in the national educational context. The main objective of the event was to study international experience in educational management gained within the framework of the Bolashak Programme, expand professional understanding of modern management models, and explore opportunities for applying best practices in the field of education.

The seminar featured a substantive exchange of views on effective mechanisms for managing educational institutions, leadership, strategic planning, development of the academic environment, improvement of education quality, and innovative approaches to management. Particular attention was paid to current issues of adapting international experience to the specific characteristics of the national education system. At the end of the event, the participants exchanged views on the topic and shared their perspectives on the prospects for further improving educational management.
