On September 23, 2026, the Faculty of Philology and School-Gymnasium No. 19 of Talgar District discussed joint plans for the 2026–2027 academic year.

During the meeting, the S. Kirabaev Department of Kazakh Literature and Teaching Methodology and School-Gymnasium No. 19 reached an agreement on organizing a number of joint activities throughout the academic year.

In particular, online seminars for school teachers are planned on the topics “How to Publish Research Articles in Republican Academic Publications” and “PISA and Functional Literacy: Ways to Improve Reading Literacy,” as well as a meeting on the topic “The Mystery of Abai.”
