ABAI UNIVERSITY HOSTS A DISCUSSION ON THE ADILET PARTY’S ELECTION PLATFORM
Today,
Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University hosted a meeting with
representatives of the Adilet Party’s pre-election headquarters. The event was
attended by faculty members, university staff, and active students. Renowned political analysts Aidos Sarym
and Borikhan Nurmukhamedov, along with Anar Fazylzhan, Director of the A.
Baitursynuly Institute of Linguistics, presented the key provisions of the
party’s pre-election program, highlighting its strategic goals and main
priorities.
In
preparation for the National Kurultai elections scheduled to take place across
Kazakhstan on August 23, officially registered political parties have launched
nationwide election campaigns. As part of this campaign, representatives of the
Adilet Party visited Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University to present
their election platform to faculty members, staff, and students, while
explaining its key strategic priorities.
The
meeting was moderated by Maksat Zhakau, Vice Rector for Social Development, who
emphasized the political significance of the upcoming National Kurultai
elections.
Representatives
of the Adilet Party highlighted initiatives aimed at creating new opportunities
for citizens, developing human capital, supporting young people, and improving
quality of life. They also outlined the party’s goals and objectives focused on
supporting Kazakhstan’s national development priorities.
«Following
the referendum held on March 15, Kazakhstan adopted a new Constitution. The
upcoming elections to the National Kurultai will be the first step toward
implementing the provisions of the new Basic Law. Today, all political parties
are holding meetings with citizens across every region of the country. We have
prepared the election platform «For a
Just Kazakhstan». Its defining
feature is that it is not a document written behind closed doors. It is a
comprehensive policy platform developed jointly by experts from various fields», – said political analyst Aidos Sarym.
The
event was held in the format of an open dialogue, allowing participants to
discuss current issues and receive detailed answers to questions of significant
public interest.
At the
conclusion of the meeting, the speakers thanked attendees for their
participation and constructive exchange of views, emphasizing the importance of
citizens’ involvement in the upcoming elections.
