As part of the EQUITY (Enhancing Quality Education for International University Impact and Recognition) international project, initiated by Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, Gulzhaina Kuralbayevna Kassymova, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, participated in the International Lecture Mobility Inbound program at Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha), located on the island of Bali, Indonesia.

During the academic mobility visit, Associate Professor Kassymova delivered a series of lectures for students and faculty members, sharing her expertise in educational management, the digital transformation of higher education, the integration of artificial intelligence into teaching and learning, academic writing, and international research collaboration.

The program also included meetings with the academic staff of Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha to discuss opportunities for strengthening research collaboration, developing joint scientific publications, expanding academic mobility initiatives, and implementing international educational projects. In addition, scientific seminars, academic consultations, and professional experience-sharing sessions were organized to foster closer cooperation between the participating institutions. The primary objective of the academic mobility was to contribute to the implementation of the EQUITY project by enhancing the quality of higher education, strengthening the international visibility and recognition of universities, and promoting sustainable academic and research cooperation between Kazakhstan and Indonesia.

It is worth noting that Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha officially invited Associate Professor Gulzhaina Kuralbayevna Kassymova as a visiting academic and guest lecturer from 22 to 27 June 2026 to deliver lectures, provide research consultations, exchange academic expertise, and participate in activities aimed at strengthening international collaboration. This international academic mobility further reinforces the strategic partnership between Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University and leading international universities, expands the global engagement of its academic staff, and contributes to the development of joint educational and research initiatives within the international higher education community.
