The graduation ceremony for the 2026 graduates of Abai University continued this afternoon. Graduates of the Sorbonne-Kazakhstan Institute, having successfully completed an important stage of their academic journey, stepped into a new phase of life as internationally qualified specialists.

This year, a total of 42 students graduated from the Sorbonne-Kazakhstan Institute. Among them, 19 completed their bachelor’s degree, with three receiving honors diplomas. In addition, 23 master’s students successfully completed postgraduate programs and were awarded their master’s degrees.

During the ceremony, Chairman of the Board–Rector of Abai University, Bolat Tilep Anapiyuly, delivered an online congratulatory speech, marking this significant milestone in the graduates’ lives.

– Dear graduates, today you have mastered a prestigious profession that meets global standards. This achievement is the result of the integration of national science and advanced French experience. I am confident that your knowledge will contribute greatly to the development of our country and society. Wherever you go, uphold the name of Abai with honor and serve your country with integrity! – said the rector.

The Director of the Sorbonne-Kazakhstan Institute, Ainur Sabitova, also extended her congratulations. She highlighted the students’ achievements during their studies and emphasized each graduate’s contribution to the institute’s development. She wished the young professional’s success in applying their knowledge internationally and reaching new career heights.

During the ceremony, diplomas were awarded by Vice-Rector for Social Development Maksat Zhakau, along with faculty members and distinguished professors. Warm wishes were extended to each graduate, along with strong confidence in their future success.

This day will remain a special milestone for graduates, marking not only the culmination of their student years but also the beginning of new opportunities.
