THE DOMESTIC PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION SYSTEM TRANSITIONS TO A NEW FORMAT

The extended field meeting of the Educational and Methodological Associations held in the capital became a platform for intense discussions on the radical transformation of the domestic pedagogical education system. Specifically, the agenda focused on the integration of artificial intelligence and neural networks into the learning process, alongside the personalization of education. The high-level gathering, which brought together representatives from two line ministries, accreditation agencies, and heads of leading higher education institutions, was organized at the initiative of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University and S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University. The meeting defined new directions for enhancing educational quality.

During the session, participants discussed new mechanisms for improving the quality of future teacher training and bridging the gap between theory and practice. The attendees emphasized the urgent need to strengthen practice-oriented approaches within educational programs and to effectively integrate the capabilities of AI and neural networks into the learning process in the digital age. Furthermore, close attention was paid to developing personalized educational trajectories that account for students' individual choices and abilities, as well as conducting an in-depth analysis of curriculum quality based on the modern PRL/S-PRL methodology. In this context, aligning the quality of specialist training with the actual demands of the labor market and improving accreditation procedures were identified as key priorities.

Gulzhan Dzharasova, Chairwoman of the Committee of Higher and Postgraduate Education, addressed the gathering, highlighting the strategic importance of reformatting modern pedagogical universities. In her speech, she outlined the mechanisms for implementing the international PRL/S-PRL methodology for educational quality assessment.
