The Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology, which successfully integrates national educational traditions with contemporary global trends, is one of the country's leading and most reputable centers for teacher education. The Faculty offers bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degree programs designed to meet current labor market demands. To ensure practice-oriented learning and enhance graduate employability, the Faculty maintains close partnerships with leading schools, gymnasiums, preschool institutions, and colleges.

The Faculty's material and technical infrastructure meets modern educational requirements and includes well-equipped computer laboratories, interactive learning technologies, and a library with extensive academic resources. The educational process is delivered by distinguished scholars, experienced educators, and authors of school textbooks and scientific publications. Owing to the high level of research organization, students' projects regularly receive grant support and achieve outstanding results in national academic competitions and Olympiads.

The Faculty places particular emphasis on student welfare and the creation of a supportive educational environment. High-achieving students may transfer to state-funded educational grants. In addition, rector's grants and tuition fee discounts are provided based on students' social circumstances. More than 400 full-time students are accommodated in university residence halls. Student life is enriched through the active work of the Tynys Student Dean's Office, the Meiirim Charity Club, the Quyrshaq Club, the Leader Debate Club, and the Diamond Girls' Dance Club.

Applicants who choose the combination of Biology and Geography as their profile subjects may apply for a wide range of undergraduate programs offered by the Faculty. Those who achieve a minimum score of 80 on the Unified National Testing (UNT) are eligible to apply for the educational programs in Psychology, Primary Education, Special Pedagogy, Ergopedagogy, and Early Support Pedagogy. This score enables applicants to participate in the competition for state-funded educational grants and to enroll on a tuition-paying basis.

Applicants seeking admission to the Preschool Education and Care and Social Pedagogy programs must obtain at least 75 points on the UNT. Admission to the Practical Psychologist Training program requires a minimum score of 65 points.
