Born in the Almaty region, Enbekshikazakh region, in the village of Asysaga.

1999 graduated from T. Kabylov secondary school. In 1999 he entered the Kazakh Philological Faculty at the Abai ASU, specializing in the Kazakh language and literature. In 2003 he graduated from ASU named after Abai and received the specialty of a teacher, philologist. In 2003 he entered the magistracy of the Kazakh Philological Faculty of KazNPU named after Abai and graduated in 2005 with honors. From 2005 to 2007 he worked as an applicant at the Department of Modern Kazakh Language, Theory and Teaching.

And in 2007 he defended his thesis and was awarded the scientific degree of candidate of philological sciences. In 2016, by the decision of the Committee for Control in the Field of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was awarded the scientific title of Associate Professor.

Since 2005 he has been working at the Abai KazNPU as a teacher, senior teacher, associate professor.

More than 75 published scientific papers. Combines scientific and teaching activities.
