NAZGUL MINAYEVA

Brief biography 

I graduated from the Kazakh State Women's Pedagogical Institute with honors (1974), defended my PhD thesis at the Kazakh Pedagogical Institute named after Abay (1988), and worked at the Kazakh State Women's Pedagogical Institute, the State Attestation Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the HAC KKSON RK), the Institute of Human Development, PhD doctoral program at the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages named after Ablai Khan, and the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay.
