On March 17, Gymnasium No. 59 in Almaty hosted the Abai University career guidance event titled "Interview: Prove Yourself to the Employer." This unique project is designed to help graduating students adapt to the labor market and sharpen their practical skills. Future educators gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring process by engaging directly with employer inquiries.

Launched in 2019, this project has been implemented in collaboration with educational institutions across the southern capital. During the 2025–2026 academic year, the initiative was successfully carried out in the Nauryzbai, Medeu, and Turksib districts of Almaty. The event, which annually takes place between February and April, was recently organized at Gymnasium No. 59.

Asan Torganbekov, the Director of the gymnasium and an alumnus of Abai University, extended a warm welcome to the upcoming graduates. He conducted professional interviews modeled after real-world recruitment formats and provided expert guidance. The school principal performed a thorough assessment of the students' professional readiness, communication abilities, and self-presentation techniques. This hands-on experience empowered future teachers to enter the job market with confidence and professionalism.
