On November 12, 2024, a meeting with representatives of the Prosecutor General's Office of the country was held at Abai KazNPU. The event was attended by the rector of the university Bolat Tlep, the head of the Department of Personnel Work of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yernur Uali, the senior assistant to the prosecutor of Almaty, the head of the personnel working group Marat Shyrynbekov, as well as students of the Sorbonne-Kazakhstan Institute and the Faculty of History and Law of the university. The goal is to attract qualified specialists to the prosecutor's office within the framework of the "Corner of the Future Prosecutor" project, to improve the efficiency of interaction with universities and students.

The "Corner of the Future Prosecutor" project has officially launched at Abai University, aimed at supporting students studying in the specialties of "Jurisprudence" and "International Law", as well as those interested in a career in the prosecutor's office. During the meeting, a ceremony of signing a memorandum of cooperation between Abai University and the Prosecutor's Office of Almaty took place.

The project creates unique conditions for introducing law students to the professional environment. In a specially equipped room of the library, where shelves with educational and scientific literature are located, students get access to important resources: books, materials about outstanding lawyers, teaching aids, results of modern research and digital information systems used in the work of the prosecutor's office. The goal of the project is to promote the professional development of students and to form in them a deep understanding of the features of the prosecutor's profession.

Bolat Tlep emphasized the importance of this initiative for the training of highly qualified specialists in the legal field. "The project "Corner of the Future Prosecutor", implemented on the basis of our university, will be another important step in the professional training of students. This space helps to increase the competitiveness of university graduates in the labor market and opens up employment opportunities in one of the main sectors of the legal sphere," the rector said.

Yernur Uali noted that within the framework of the memorandum with Abai University, students have an excellent opportunity to undergo an internship, exchange knowledge and experience with employees of the city and regional prosecutor's offices. He also shared statistical data on the activities of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and invited young specialists to study at the Law Enforcement Academy.

The meeting was fruitful. In conclusion, the participants asked questions of interest to both sides and exchanged opinions.
