On April 3, 2025, members of the Til-tanym club, consisting of first-year students of the Russian department of the Faculty of Natural Science and Geography, under the leadership of Meruert Alibayeva and Saule Nurgali, visited the Demeu nursing home and held a charity event called “My old people are my priceless wealth”.

The main goal of the event is to show respect for the elderly, popularize national education, and cultivate kindness and care. Students brought various treats and fruits to create a festive mood for the elderly. In addition, special gifts were presented.

As part of the program, students sang songs, recited poems, played fun games, and presented a short concert program. The elderly happily participated, expressed gratitude, and gave their blessings. The event was held in an atmosphere of kindness and warmth.

This meeting strengthened the spiritual connection between young people and older people, once again emphasizing the importance of respect and care for the older generation.
