Action Research - a practice-oriented approach in which the teacher acts as a researcher of his own teaching practice in order to improve it;

- emphasis on practice-oriented and project-based learning,
- development of research skills as a key component of academic training,
- strengthening the role of the teacher as a facilitator and mentor,
- integration of digital and analytical tools into the educational process.
