INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIP ISSUES DISCUSSED

Today, the Chairman of the Board-Rector of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai, Bolat Tilep, received the Director of the international educational organization GLEN. The main purpose of the meeting was to strengthen international cooperation and implement joint projects. Issues of academic exchange and launching double degree programs were discussed. In the future, the parties agreed to establish partnerships with leading universities in China to develop the higher education sector.

The CEO of the international organization GLEN, Qiao HanBo, expressed his intention to establish close connections with universities to strengthen interstate cooperation between Kazakhstan and China. He proposed opportunities for mutual collaboration in the field of pedagogical education, as well as the implementation of academic exchange and joint educational programs.

The organization’s director noted a significant increase in educational cooperation in recent years. He emphasized that he had established close contacts with the country’s higher education institutions and held an international forum in his home country last year. In the future, he raised the issue of implementing joint scientific projects and educational programs with Abai University. The systematic resolution of visa issues for students between the countries was also discussed.

The Chairman of the Board-Rector of KazNPU named after Abai, Bolat Tilep, warmly welcomed the proposals and expressed support for joint work. He noted that the university has a Department of Chinese Language and Sinology and offers extensive opportunities for experience exchange through academic mobility programs. He also stated that in the future he is ready to widely discuss the implementation of joint educational programs and the development of bilateral cooperation.

In turn, the CEO of the international organization, Qiao HanBo, suggested considering opportunities for Chinese teachers and students to enhance their education at Kazakhstan’s leading pedagogical university. Both parties agreed to develop bilateral cooperation and implement joint projects.
