Third-year students of the specialty "6B01513 - Biology" of Abai University Kamila Mereke and Yana Filatova, under the supervision of Associate Professor of the Department of Biology K.I. Batyrova, developed a unique website for the Almaty Zoo.

The project was implemented on the Wix platform and is an extensive information resource about the animals of the zoo, divided into seven thematic sections. Each section contains detailed descriptions of the species in the zoo, which allows visitors to learn about rare and unique representatives of the fauna of the oldest zoo in Kazakhstan.

A special feature of the site is the first publicly available complete information about the animals of the Almaty Zoo, including rare and protected species. This project not only simplifies access to information about the biological diversity of the zoo, but also promotes the popularization of science, nature conservation and environmental awareness among a wide audience.

The project demonstrates a high level of professionalism and initiative of students, emphasizing the importance of cooperation between educational institutions and public and environmental organizations.
